Larry Whitaker, President of Del Mar Data, is a graduate nuclear engineer,
retired U.S. Navy Submariner, and former Nuclear Regulatory Commission
Inspector.
Mr. Whitaker was a pioneer
in the application of PC software for conversion and retrieval of digital documents.
He started working in digital images when computers became capable, about 1990.
When PDF came along, he worked with Adobe as a Reseller to institute that format
as a standard.
His motto is always:
